Our Option Is Only To Follow Eco Friendly Attitude.

No one can deny the fact that the present generation is following and continuing on the path of damaging the environment. This truth has made many right thinking persons about the necessity of taking the corrective actions, if not abruptly but in a progressive fashion.

The rising level of dead zones as in the Gulf of Mexico, disappearance of the endangered species, damage of flora and fauna are all showing the steady deterioration of the environment around us. But still there is a silver lining. Many right thinking persons are really concerned about this deterioration and are very serious to find a solution to save the future generation.

The start of any thing is in the small way, that is the law of nature. The demand of the power is beyond our imagination. In such a huge demand scenario to start the saving of the energy is out of place, but as an individual we can contribute our efforts towards that end in the smallest way. A little more unconventional thinking, we can think about the environmental friendly housing. The building materials as far as possible have to be eco friendly products. Besides this we can think of having a garden which is sufficient for the food of a small family. It is a novel idea, in fact it is better to reduce a room or two to have a green garden. The point to be impressed here is to think about a non stereotype home so as it is eco friendly.

The eco friendly products will be the way of life unless the thinking is otherwise. Again to start from the beginning, the basic materials which are polluting the earth is the chemical based cleaning products in the home. When at the time of disposing these chemical products do not degenerate and will remain in the earth as a separate entity causing the eco damage. So it is better to make a list of cleaning products regularly used at home and if you are sure about a product which has too much chemical components is there, replace it with eco friendly products. But it is a fact that the organic products are costly. When the demand goes up and when the goods will be available in bulk the cost will come down, we have to accept this. Since the eco friendly products are covered under the fair trade policy, the prices will still be high.

There is a general feeling that since the eco friendly products are organic they are safe. But not all organic products are non toxic. Eco friendly means they are safe to the environment and not for human beings. Some of the products will damage the internal organs of humans and animals. This is in spite of the fact the most of the ingredients are citrus, coconut, herbal etc.

So much research is being done and the search is still on for the ideal eco friendly products. The internet is really helpful in this regard.
